This enabled the organization to nurture and select ideas with high potential. Specific but simple criteria for the selection process reduced the administration and unleashed creative energy in the organisation. As a result the organisation had much more and richer ideas to choose from for further exploration in the standard stage gate process. |
Strategy Development and Change Process |
Designed and facilitated a process for vision and strategy development with the management team (MT) of a large department (ca. 900 FTE’s) of a university. In a workshop and several follow-up meetings the strategy was developed and choices were made for its implementation together with the MT and a group of professors. The subsequent implementation of the strategy provided a clearer direction for research activities and investments.

Carried out an audit of an e-auction process for packaging materials to evaluate the effectiveness of the activity. This highlighted some of the weaknesses of the existing process and allowed a recommendation for future improvements in resource requirements and timing reduction.

Effective Management Courses |
Designed and delivered dedicated training programme for army works councils as part of a programme of one of the leading consulting companies on employee consultation. The programme was tailored to the clients requirements and included topics on law, effective meetings, restructuring processes, team and personal effectiveness, behavioural patterns and changes in behaviour. Teambuilding activities and experiential learning were also included in the 2-3 days highly interactive workshops. The programmes resulted in a significant increase of effectiveness of the works councils. |

Supported an internal training organisation of a large blue chip company by optimising and supplementing packaging related training content as well as delivering part of it during international training courses.
