How to make continuous feedback work as a developmental tool in daily practise.
In recent times, numerous publications were made about organisations who abandoned their performance review system and replaced it with a timely feedback approach. In principle, this is a good move. We observe, however, that a significant number of leaders tend to give feedback only when it is about correcting mistakes or low performance.
We would like to discuss this with you and find out, if you are experiencing the same. How can you shift your organisation from a remedial to a developmental feedback behaviour? What are your ideas? What do we suggest?
It is not the intention to produce ready-made solutions in this meeting but to share ideas and potentially co-create new approaches.
We hope to see you soon!
